Mitsubishi and profibus problem (Newbie)

I have a QO2H Mitsubishi processor with a QJ71PB92V Profibus Master in slot 01 connected to a Beckoff BK3100 modual with 80 Digital inputs and 56 digital outputs. The LED's on both the Master and the Beckoff modual indicate that they are functioning properly. In the GX config software it shows that the inputs start at D2000 and the outputs at D3000. I have the first 3 inputs on the Beckoff modual turned on but they are not on im my program (@ D2000.0, D2000.1 and D2000.2). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Enable "Autorefresh". Works now.
