Mitsubishi FX2N PLC & HMI communication

Thanks chizzler,
but i need communication detail for barcode reader to PLC..i mean how i can connect barcode reader's RS-232 port to Fx2n 232BD..and also need program to read that barcode data.I think i have to use RS instruction but don't know how...I hv cable for programming the PLC....If u hv any program than pls send me.....
