MLX RCP files problems

Hi, all
We have a MLX 1400 using RCP files to store recipe parameters, but yesterday we found all the recipes except the one was using were all cleared. Every parameter is zero now.
Is there any method to get the recipes back?

And there are another questions:
1. The RCP properties say that the files are stored in Data Log Queue, where is it?
2. How can I backup the RCP files?
3. I cannot read the recipes when rslx500 is offline, Why?

AB has a Datalog Extractor tool (free) for emptying out the data log in ML1400s. Not sure about the RCP issue.

I am sorry, but this tool is not the one I need.
I find this article may be same as my problem, but there is no solutions!!!
