mm430 f003 problem

hi

I get problem ( f0003 ) from siemens mm430 drive when an sudden electric drops.As I know, the kinetic buffering can be used to overcome this problem but when looking at the parameters ,I have seen only the parameters ( p1240-p1260 ) for Vdc max controller not for Vdc min or kinetic buffering.
