Dear all,

Could you please help me a bit?
Please check the attached pictures.
PIW582 is the signal from the MM440. Act. Filtered torque. In the program, after the conversation why is MUL 1.770066….? We use it for the torque measurement. How calculate the programmer that factor?
PIW586 is the signal from the MM440. Act. Filtered output frequency. Int he program, after the conversation why is DIV 5,470000…..? We use it for the speed measurement. How calculate the programmer that factor?

Calculating the speed:

See P2000; this is the scaling factor for the frequency.
Normally it is 50.

The speed reading in your PIW586 relates to P2000 with the value 50Hz = 4000Hex = 16384.

So 16384/5,47 = 2995 - rpm I would guess.

The same mechanism goes for PIW582. I don't have the parameter list here, so I cannot look up where the reference torque is stored. I'm afraid you've got to hunt for it in your manual.
