MODBUS slave for communication OMron PLC to Schnieder SCADA

hello i wanto asking the setting and program for communication modbus
The plc that i use is CJ2m cpu31
i use extra communication module cj1w-scu41-v1

so i want make mya omron plc become a slave with modbus communication so the CIO and DM area can be monitoring with scada
can somebody help me to configure a setting and give example program for that case?
