Happy Friday!

I have a two axis system made up of:
ControlLogix L73 @ firmware version 24
1756-EN2T @ firmware 4
Two Kinetix 350 servo drives 2097-V31PR0-LM with TLY-A110T-Hxx2 motors.

This is a small demonstration system.

The problem I am having is with tuning.
There is no load connected to the motors.

The default values result in a very loose response.
If I perform an auto tune, the system is no better.

I can get a good response when I manually tune the axis.

I have done similar ControlLogix systems with SERCOS and analog motion modules, and the auto tune typically worked for me.

Not so much with CIP Motion though.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences?
