Multiple Users not able to Access View Point

Hi ,

I having a View SE server v7.0 on a server on the same server i have installed View Point

Created a View SE Network Distributed application & published usign View point
& assigned 25 user license

But when users are trying to access , any change by a user affects the screen viewed by anther user...

While checking license 25 license are being used ... Please help we are in GO live stage .
