Omron has Manuals available on line, as well as some Technical Help. I use http://www.omron247.com/ which is the North America Web Site. There is probably a Web Site closer to you in Australia or SE Asia, not to mention Japan.

There is also quite a bit of Omron stuff over at http://www.mrplc.com/
