Delete the l1plc shortcut (sorry I worded it wrong i am not in front of my pc)
Recreate the short cut using the same text
Point it to the plc again and copy the short cut from design to the runtime

Not sure and I don't have my log in for the knowledge base with me.
Is your pc connected to the plc locally or are you going via a managed switch

It's local through regular unmanaged switch
HMI- Ethernet SW- 1769L16- Laptop nothing else
