OP7 project download to OP17

Dear all,
i tried to download a proTool project meant for OP7 onto an Op17 and the following error messages were displayed.
1, compilation aborted with error.
2, download was aborted by the compiler, following the acknowledgement of the first error message.
can some body please explain to me why and what to do to get the OP17 working as we do not have any other replacement. please i have attached a copy of the proTool program for your study and advice.

I didn't open your zip but an op7 project will not download to an op17
They are different units. Function keys etc

If I was in your situation, I would try to find an old op7
Or convert to something newer using Wincc Flex to convert

but you maybe able to convert to something a little more up to date
ie OP77 ........

Hello,

there is no way to do it automatically. You must create a new project for OP17. The best way is to use an other OP7. I have some OP7, but you are far away... Also you can convert the project to OP77B - but it is not 1:1 usable. The area pointer for picture number is different.
