OPC/DDE LInk not shown value in excel

Dear Friends;
I copy the link of Tag value and paste it as a link in Excel but Cell shows #REF
The images are attached where i am wrong.

Operating System Windows 7 64 bit and Excel 64 bit also.

When I used Special Paste, Paste Link. I don;t have "{}"
Looks like this:
=RSLINX|OPC!'Array[0],L1,C1'
