Panel View 300 - Erro 40: Firmware ERROR (ALLEN-BRADLEY)

Hello all, I have a panel View300 - Model: 2711-K3A17L1 B A 4.41 (AB)

By connecting it shows me 'ERROR 40' - Manual Error 40: Error firmware
( I can t do anything with the keyboard, only show me the error)
The green LED is on direct

The panel isn't communicating with the PC (RSLinx-232)

How to repair ? Firmware's program corrupt? Can I download other into Panel?
 
Your PV suports DF1 protocol. Are you using a straight thru cable to connect to it?

I have Same error.... When i have upgrade my firmware, i have an error with my PC and do not finish upgrade... And when i boot the Panel view i have this error! What can i make?
