Is it possible to view the ladder on the hmi? I am using 1250 Panel View Plus. Control Logix Processor.

I'm not aware of a way that is at all possible other than by replicating certain sections of the code and animating it on a display.

RSView32 had an add-in called RSLadder that allowed you to do this. I don't think they carried that through to FTView SE though. Definitely not ME.
