Panelmate power pro 1700 - Recovery mode.

Hello,

We are facing one problem for a Panelmate power pro 1700 that it start on Recovery mode, we try to download the Executive firmware power pro as the manual said, but we can't, the panelmate hung on a message: Query:Rtc and the software give fail on status.

So please did you have any idea about this issue, and how to fix it?

Are you sure that your serial connection is good? Can you try it with a known good, working PanelMate?

Once that is proven, I can only suggest that you try to send the firmware at a slower serial baud rate.

It has been many years since I worked with the PanelMate products, but I do recall on rare occasions having problems with serial communication errors, and slowing the baud rate solved it.

If none of these suggestions helps, then the only other thing I could suggest would be to send it away for repairs.
