Panelview Plus 700 unable to upload symbols after poweroff

I have a machine that was powered off for repairs, when powered back on the Panelview fails to upload the tag database from the PLC.

Its a Panelview Plus 7 running v. 11 connecting to a 5069-L31ERS2 running 32.011

Has anyone ever encountered this? The PLC is running, it had a communication error I cleared.

I have had the entire system powered off for 10 minutes without any success.

Turns out that the tag database had become corrupted.
I recompiled (build) the PLC program and downloaded it. That did the trick.
