hi everyone....i was wondering if anyone has any wiring cable SCHEMA TICS for the MICROLOGIX1000 1O I/O ?
I TRIED ALSO FINDING
1761-CBL-PM02 and couldnt get much info on how the schematics look like and also they had series b and series c!

how will they work on a normal mlogix1000?

anyone made their own pc-plc cable for micrologix1000 before?would like to know if it works.

Look at this thread for cable pinouts. If it doesn't work, swap wires on pins 2 and 3 on the computer end. The later series have a little different shape to use on ML1200 series also.THREAD

I've made my own for the Micro - you can even use an old mouse cable.

The difference betwen the new and old style CBLs, is that AB made the slot in the 1200s and 1500s too narrow to allow the old cable right-angle connector to fit. Electrically, they both work.

Just clip off a bit of each side of the plastic on your CPU, or file a gfroove in each side of your cable where it interferes.

thank you!ya all live savers!

Thanks jrwb4gbm and RoTaTech!*cries*

I was thinking of making my own cyborg thing or mebbe spruce up my place.

I'll try them this week !Thanks!
