PCS7 generating the @ CFCs in PCS7 v9.0 SP2

Hi,

I have a new PCS7 project with a 6ES7 417-4XT07-0AB0 CPU. When compiling the System/module CFCs are generated from the hardware. But in my test set-up I have an older 6ES7 417-4XT05-0AB0 CPU. When I replace my 4XT07 with the 4XT05 and deleting the system CFC's, the generating fails. It compiles and download to the CPU, the CPU rund the program, but the @ CFCs are not generated. With the 4XT07 no problem...
We use the diagnostic blocks for connecting to the MODE of our channel blocks.

What could be the cause and what can we do about this ?

Found the issue,
On a 6ES7 417-4XT05-0AB0 FW 5.2 the problem occurs, but FW5.3 the @ CFCs are generated. I have to upgrade my CPU to the latest FW.
