I want to get a GSM based Modem which can send sms automatically to some numbers depending upon some Inputs.
Is there any such device which can send sms depending upon input conditions.

SMS (Short Message Service) is a Text Message like you would send on todays modern Cell Phones.

I don't think you can get an evaluation version of B&R's software (Automation Studio). You can try contacting their office in your region, but I think the best offer you're going to get is the maintenance version which is still a few hundred Euro. The login on their site is for OEM customers and distributors/partners.
