PLC's talk to each other

The poor little PLC was in a quandary and didn't know what to do.
He sought the advice of another PLC saying 'they want to add another limit switch to my program but I have no spare terminals.'

The wise second PLC said 'add this extension block, then you will be ok'
He was overjoyed that the wise PLC had solved his problem - and not forgetting his manners, he said
'Thanks for the input'
