problem in configuration of s7 300, 315 2dp and et200m

Hi friends,
I have a 315 2dp and et200m im153-1, when I configure it through profibus ,I get BF light ON in ET200m and ON light blinking. In master I don't get any error. Please help in configuring this. More over there are dip switches for addressing in ET200M. How do we do that.

That there is no BF in the master but there is in the slave, that must be because you havent downloaded a HW Config to the master containing the slave.
