Reading in data from Cognex To S7-315

Hi All,
I need some help with writing ladder for reading data, mainly dec format, from Cognex 5000 camera. I am not very familiar with Siemens programming.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. What PLC (model number)
2. What communications are you using.
3. If via a separate communication card, what model and number.
