Red lion G3 SMTP email problem

Greetings All

Need pointing in the right direction.

Been a few days, configured G3 email feature with no success.

Checked IP addresses or all correct

Able to ping AuthSMTP service

Tried ports 23, 25, 26, 2525

Checked AuthSMTP accounts all working correctly from outlook

Checked tags all parameters correct.

But still no mail sent out.

Any pointers would be much appreciated. :unsure:
 
The reverse path configured in the mail manager must be one of the email addresses you have registered with authsmtp.com

What IP are you using for the Server IP Address?

Hi there

Thank you for the response.

worked out what the problem was.

sometimes the answer is straight in front of you.

there were two issues, forgot to enter the gateway address and over lookedreverse path.

Man feel like a right Dumb ***. šŸ™ƒ
