Red Lion G303 timeout error

Hi All,

I have a problem with a Red Lion G303 screen, paired to a Micrologix 1000.
I am getting a timeout error message.
When I have a search to find out what this means, the software error messages sheet points towards a cable problem or that the Port is configured with a communications driver.
The installation was previously tested and this error has occurred on Site.
Any feedback would be appreciated
