If you can't get onsite your only hope is to enable the record log file and see whats happening. If you have left the record log file enabled since the beginning that could also be your problem. If the file gets too large it will cause problems.

I disabled the "Record Log File" before I left site.
Unfortunately, I will need to go to site, to re-enable it, and then back again to disable it again.
Additional snag is that when I go to site, and download the program (with Log Enable), that action alone may clear the current problem, until it crops up again, a few months down the line.
