I have a Samsung Galaxy book go 5g it has windows 10 and a Arm processor. I have been trying to download the CCW software and it won't download. The rslinx won't download. Can it download on this PC

Download or install? I'd be surprised if it worked on ARM CPUs

It would need a translator that would translate Intel instructions into Arm instructions like Apple's Rosetta.
