S5 115U Merker Q an P

Hi everyone,

Sinds I'm a starter, there are some undefiened mathers for me.
Where do/does the merkers in the P-arrea and Q-area start and end??
are they remanent ? Does there exist an graphical layout about the memory inside the S5 ?
