Schneider M241 and HMI magelis communication problem

I have an M241 connected in Ethernet to a HMIS5T panel and I can't get them to communicate
I'm using Machine Expert 1.2
On the controller the Ethernet port has a fixed IP and shows that it has the Machine Expert protocol active.

The panel's Ethernet port has a fixed IP
In Vijeo Somachinenetwork01 it has three objects:
SOM_HMIS5T
SOM_MyController with the node name of the CPU
SomachineEquipment01 with the node name of the CPU

Compiling and downloading are done without errors
