Selection plc type in Simatic family

I want to convert from S5 to S7 Plc.One of them is S5-115U Cpu941B and the other is S5-115U Cpu943B .All of them have 64 kB Eprom ,digital inputs and digital outputs also..Which type S7-300 Plc can I use for this project?Second question:A lot of SB Blocks are used in S5-115U Cpu 943B.Which program do I need for opening these blocks?and is convert possible?thanks in advance....

SB files are Graph 5 blocks.

As to which PLC, depends on IO count, speed required etc.

941B is a very weak CPU.
943B is a bit better, but a factor 100 slower than todays CPUs.
Any current S7 CPU will have enough power and memory to run the same programs as the old S5 CPUs.
The decision to what S7-300 CPU to chose should be based on how much i/o and what communication there should be. Be smart and chose a CPU with ethernet on-board.
Unless you want to cut costs to the extreme, I recommend that you chose a 315-2PN/DP as the minimum.

Thanks for your replies,S5-115U Cpu 943B has got 224 DI,96 DQ and OP393-III.Other cpu 941B has got 64 DI,32 DQ and OP393-III.
I want to reduce costs as possible.

Go for a 315-2PN/DP.

If very low cost is required, consider IM151-8 with ET200S i/o.
For the CPU943B you may have to split the i/o into several "racks" via Profinet. It is not difficult to do.
