Hi all,
I got called in just before midnight to one of our lines and I found the "CPU Good" LED was off.
After realising that I couldn't go online through the program port expander (I was just about ready to remove the battery and erase the CPU instead!) I changed the RS232 port 1 dip switches to 9.6k baud and finally got inside the thing. (Ports 1 & 2 are linked to the SCADA computer) I ran auxillary function 29 and it returned a fault code of "0104" which I believe is a C memory error according to the documentation. I restarted the CPU from within the software and that seems to have got us going.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the OEM code?
Is anyone able to elaborate on that error for me? I am a plant electrician not a software engineer.
