This morning a customer of us called because nothing worked on his machine. I connected via VPN. The CPU state was STOP. I did a Warm-Restart and all was okay.
Here some diagnostic info of the cause:
What can we do to prevent that it happens again ? New MMC, New CPU ?
Could you give me the complete diagnostic data from this PLC (use the "save as.." button) and the order code from the CPU? Did this happen after a voltage drop?

Event #10 from your diiagnostics show event #4580. This should be fixed with firmware update v2.6.11
