Siemens HMI Advanced no Chinese character

Hello, does anyone have any knowledge about an issue with Siemens HMI Advanced not being able to display Chinese characters? I have applied the Arial Unicode MS font in WinXP, however when I switch to Chinese characters, nothing appears, all the controls are on the display, just no text. Other languages work fine. According to Siemens liturature simplified Chinese is a default installed language.
