siemens hmi bootloader

Hello everybody.
Good day to you all.


I have a new SIMATIC TP177B 6" PN/DP (6AV6642-0BA01-1AX1). The problem is nothing really happen when i turn ON the power, i mean the screen is totally blank. It doesn't boot at all. I'm thinking maybe the bootloader is missing, and if does then how can i install that?

Maybe you have any idea what's going on please. help.

If you dont get a bootscreen where you can see the MAC address, then the panel is defective.
