Studio 5000 Logix Emulator

Hello everyone

I having a problem with the install of the Studio 5000 emulator, I keep getting this message

"Unable to read Virtual Backplane status. Plase make sure that RSLinx
Classic is installed and the Virtual Backplane driver is running"

Yesterday I was able to open it, but when I install the studio 5000 after the emulator stop working and display that message.

the instalation is on windows 10

any Thougths or ideas to resolve this problem?

I had the same problem the first time
you to start the Emulator separately
also check the IP address for it as well it need to show up on Linx so you can access it
