Transfer OPC Tags from WinCC to S7-315 PLC

Hi,

We have some OPC variables that are transferred into WinCC through the RS232 port via National Instruments Lookout OPC Server/Variable Engine.

What I am wanting to do, is transport these variables into a PLC.

What is the best, most efficient way of doing this?
