Hello to all,

I encounter this issue "Unable to save RSLinx Enterprise data server information. Would you like to continue creating the runtime file anyway?" while try to create runtime file on FTView ME Ver 7.0 under Win XP OS platform.

I search around on this site, found 2 thread which are similar to my case.

1. Thread from "RSView Studio for ME - creating runtime file".
Problem still happen after follow Controlcarft guide line.

2. Thread from "RS Linx Enterprise problem".
Problem not resolve. After delete and create new RSlinx Enterprise Data
server.

3. Uninstall and re-install RSlinx Enterprise ver 5.60.
Problem not resolve.

4. Suspected my old project file which is migrated from FTV ME Ver 6.00 to
this latest verion 7.00 cause the problem.
Action : Create total new project with new name and screen objects.
Configure new communication setup shortcut point to my Controllogix
processor. Verify the objects with test display .Now create runtime file,
result is the same issue "Unable to save RSLinx Enterprise data server
information. Would you like to continue creating the runtime file anyway?"

Appreciate anyone can give a hand. Thank you
