Using Moeller Easy Soft Pro V5.1 to interrogate a MFD-CP8-ME

I purchased a new Moeller MFD-CP8-ME but cannot access it via the software. Does this have a new firmware Rev or something or am I just doing something wrong due to unfamiliarity with the controller/software.
