Hey All,

I just started to have this issue with Intouch Viewer. When I start Viewer, it works normally, then, after x amount of time, Viewer Disappears! It is running, but I can't see it. When I try to close Intouch Maker and reopen it, it says that Viewer is running. Any ideas of what's going on?

Btw, I restarted the computer few times and still the same issue.

Thanks all,

Are you doing any historical logging? If so, delete or rename the last days*.lgh and *.lgx files. I've had an issue where these become corrupted and will crash WindowViewer.

Depends, it's in your configuration. Open up WindowMaker, in the configure menu there is a selection for "Historical Logging". The path for your log files is specified there.

Ok, I backed up and delete the old once.

After crashing and restarting the computer for around 10 times, the problem seems to go away. Intouch fails again..
