Please tell me how to correct two alarms on APC Galaxy 3000 UPS:
#1: Cooling fault (Cooling liquid level is low)
#2: End of batt service life
Due to COVID, the service engineers in Schneider local (region) are resigned, nobody can help us to resolve two issues above.
For #1, do we have to re-fill some liquid to clear the alarm? What kind of liquid is in use?
