RSLogixMicro - Configuring I/O Expansion on Existing Project?

Hello,

I want to add my IF4 expasnion module to an existing project. When I try and configure the IO, the read IO config button is "greyed" out so I cannot click it.

I can add the module to the same controller when I start a new project - the "read IO config" button is clickable.

Is there any way to add these modules to an existing project?

In the I/O config window left pane highlight the slot where you want to add card. Then on right double click on the card you want to add and it will be added to the slot in the left pane. you need to be offline to do this
