Trouble attaching files to posts

Hello, I just tried to attach a file to a thread. It said their was a error on page. Can someone give me a hand. I'd like to post something that requires me to attach a program exmple.

Hopefully this could be a quick fix.

Trouble Contiued

It wont even let me select a file. I did notice the following on the bottom toolbar

WYSIWYG Editor intialized for Internet Explorer in 0.219 seconds.

This appears evertime I post a topic or reply.

This is very frustrating. John
