Trouble Ordering the Personal PLC Tutor courses

I was interested in buying several of the Personal PLC tutor courses from the PLC training store on this site (http://www.plcs.net/store.shtml). I was hoping to buy the Beginner, Intermediate, and Electronics, including the labs. My company has a dedicated training material specialist group. They just contacted me and said they had reached out to the vendor but didn't get a response, and they said they are unable to order from the website because it is unsecure.

So 3 questions -

1) Does anyone know how to get in touch with the vendor who sells the courses?
2) Is there another vendor who sells this type of training?
3) Is there a better PLC training course available that would be similar?

I have experience in programming PLCs, but it's been several years, so this would mostly be refresher for me. It would also be used by co-workers unfamiliar with PLCs.
