Trouble logging in

After the new very nice update to this site I could not log in with my original password, tried to recover my account but did not recieve a email so created another account, has anybody else had this problem ?

I had that problem I just clicked on the forgot password and a link was sent to my email and I just recreated my password and am now logged in.

Same here, just had to reset then it was all good.... but I did have to try several times because I forgot the email I used

Yesterday mine would not reset as well. In the "***HUGE PLCs.net forum upgrade coming mid-February***" thread, Phil says to email him or scroll to the bottom and use Contact Us.

I did not receive a notification but I attempted the reset this morning and was successful.

I updated your old account email address to be the one in the 'new account' and sent you both a link to reset the password. If any issues further, kindly email me [email protected] or use 'contact us' link on bottom right of screen.

yeah... that's because the hardware and software change-over took about 27 hours so we needed to be offline from ~12pmEST thu to ~3pmEST fri.

Same here, reset password after determining which email account I used. All is good.

I just clenched my teeth for those 27h, and had to reset my "very strong" password, but all is good now.

In my case I requested a password reset, did not get the email until two days later, so created a new account, today I got the reset link but that did not work, displays an error "Something went wrong"
But the email that I got the PW reset is the other "NEW" account I created so maybe tht is the problem now for the old account but it does not matter as this one I'm using is now fine

I understand you're frustrated and apologize for the inconvenience... but perhaps you would get a better result by letting me know the issue directly so I can fix it for you
Send me an email [email protected] or use the 'contact us' link on the bottom right of every page. Let me know your current email address and I'll again send a password reset link to it... and it never takes 2 days lol
