configuration module 1746 HSCE

for my application, I want to calculate the number of tour of a DC motor. so I used it an encoder 845F and module 1746 HSCE, the type allen bradley type, I try to configure this module but unfortunately I always find errors,

show me your configuration.
I set up an HSC card, (not HSCE) but they may be similar.
One thing I remember is that the card had to be enabled with one bit, else I couldn't see its counts.

Each time you have a configuration error the bits in input word 4 (I:slot.4) show the area where the misconfiguration exists.
