Problem with Stratix8000

Hi all. I'm facing a problem with Stratix8000, it seems to work well when suddenly the devices does not communicates between themselves, if I restart the Stratix8000 it comes back to normal function and all the devices can communicate properly. The curious thing is that all LEDs of Startrix8000 indicates that nothing wrong is happening. If someone can help me i'll be grateful.

You have a dedicated Power Supply for the switch?. Or at least a Power Supply that does not leave the panel and does not power any field I/O?

Are you using IGMP snooping? If you do not have a IP address setup in the switch then IGMP is off. If there is more than 1 switch the switch with the lowest IP address will be your querier.

Check and make sure your firmware is recent also.
