NT vs. NS touch screen

We have switched to the new NS touch screens, but are having trouble trying to figure out how to accumulate total fails in the history, like we did with the NT. We have a screen that had the total number of each failure listed by number of occurances, highest to lowest. We have been unable to figure out how to do this with the new touch screens. Anyone now how to do this?
