Kepware and s7-1200 communication via modbus rtu

Hi!
I have a S7-1200 1214C with RS232 Communication Module (CM1241) as Modbus Master
I found an example of work with MODBUS in here:

I try to read data from s7-1200 to PC but it not exactly

I would send data (Tank1 and Tank2) to PC but i can't
Please explain me how can I read data?
