FX3U Compatible with E1071?

Does anybody know if the FX3U-16M is compatible with the E1071? We are having communication problems and the manual only lists GOT Series HMI's are compatible with the FX3U-16M. Thanks for your help!

Hi!

I would hope so, they are both made by Mitsubishi .

I think you need the CAB19 cable to connect.

The E1071 is actually manufactured by Beijer but re-badged Mitsubishi. The Beijer version is called EXTER T70, but instead of using "E-Designer" you use the virtually identical "Information Designer".

As mention by boneless you need a Cab 19 cable.

Are you trying to connect via Ethernet by any chance?

wow thanks for all of the replies, we were trying to connect it with a CAB19 cable but it was not communicating. This is all coming from my programer. I will get more info from him and post it up tomorrow probably. thanks for your help
