KepServerEx v4.5 and Windows 7 issue

Hello! I have the following issue with KepServerEx v4.5 and Windows 7 SP1 32 bit. Under Windows user account with Administrator rights everything works fine. But under account with User rights or even Experienced User rights KepServerEx doesn't start. What should I do to solve this problem?
I can't leave PC loaded under Administrator rights, only under User.
Google search gives nothing.

Run Services.msc and check that the log-on tab of the Kepware service is not restricted by 'Log on as: This Account' being Administrator.

Danatomega, thank you very much for reply. I have checked it and didn't find any Kepware services in my Services list. KepServer works in normal mode, not in NT Service mode.

Maybe at Windows start menu / Programs / Startup - is the KepServer in the administrator startup but not in the User's startup?

Unfortunately Kepserver isn't present in Startup. It starts automatically on opc client's demand or by user action. But under account with user rights the KepServer (ServerMain.exe file) doesn't start neither by direct double click nor via shortcut or via "run as admin" method. Under account with administrator rights everything is ok.

This behavior might be by design: if an application has to access System registry, it has to run with Administrator privileges. So the standard mode of operation for KEPServer is to run as a Windows service; the interactive mode (start/stop) is primarily for debugging and testing.
