If you already have the .wld, just make sure it is named S7PROG.WLD, then put it on a MMC formatted as FAT16. Put the MMC in the CPU, then perform the Overall Reset procedure.

I wanted to make sure they knew they could skip Step 7 entirely if they already have a .WLD file.
Sometimes the problem is the wrong type of MMC.
Caution!
If you reformat a Siemens MMC to either FAT16 or 32, It cannot be used as a Siemens mmc. in a Siemens CPU. It will be a very expensive and low capacity card!
